Labrador Hockey Season 2012 Fees
Labrador is a family club and we do our best to deliver value for money to our members. Once again in the 2012 season, we have amalgamated all the costs involved in registrations, match and club fees and ask for an ‘All Up’ payment from our players.
As with 2011 you have the choice of paying your fees either Up Front, or by payment of 3 Instalments to cover your season’s fees. Instalments are to be paid on or before the set dates. As always in cases of hardship the registrar will negotiate an alternate payment plan please email
registrations@labradorhockey.org.au if this applies to you.
Please refer to the Labrador Hockey Fee Schedule to ascertain the amount of fees to be paid and due date. Players who pay Up Front at Sign On will receive 10% discount on full season fees.
The first instalment is due on or before Sign-on Day (5th February for Seniors; 11th February for Graded Juniors) and covers Administration, Trial games, and Pre season training. For players who elect to leave the club at the end of trial games, a refund will be made, less an amount of $60 for Seniors and $40 for Juniors that will be withheld.

N.B. For Registration purposes
Senior Players = Born 1993 and earlier
Junior 12 -18 = Born 2000 to 1994 (inclusive)
Junior 11 and Under = Born 2001 and later.
- Upfront Payments
A discount of 10% applies to all fees paid in full on or before the designated sign on days.
That means payment must be received in full by 12th February 2012 to qualify for the discount.
On sign on days and any other designated payment days, payment in full can be paid by cash, cheque, eftpos or credit card.
Outside these times payments can only be made by bank transfer unless alternate is arranged with the Registrar (Megan Ward).

- Fixed Instalment

PAYMENT OPTIONS
If you are paying by instalments please print out, complete and return the "Lab Fee Installment form 2012" located at the bottom of this page. A separate form must be completed for EACH player who wishes to pay their fees by instalment.

- Direct Debit (instalment plan only)
For those paying by instalments, a reminder email will be sent approximately 1 week prior to each subsequent instalment payment date. Players who fail to pay their fees on time will be ineligible to take the field until such time as they are up to date with the fees. In extreme cases variations to the payment schedule may be made at the discretion of the executive.
Please recognise that most volunteers are also players and make payments during advertised times rather than imposing upon their personal training or social times.
