Registration

Instructions for updating membership details and registering:
  1. Click the appropriate link below to commence the process (or copy and paste it into your browser).
    2. Senior registration

    Junior registration (for all players under 18 years of age at time of registration including Juniors that will be playing seniors only). This form MUST be completed by the parent/guardian.

  2. If you do not have a SportingPulse issued Username and Password select “I’d like to request my username and password”. This will be emailed to your registered email address. If the email address does not match the address in the database please email registrations@labradorhockey.org.au with your details and we will update the database and advise you.

    Note: If your email address is registered for more than one member you will receive a separate Username and Password for EACH member. These will all show in the email from SportingPulse.

    IMPORTANT: If the player being registered has played for Labrador in 2009, 2010 or 2011 DO NOT register them as a new player. You must request the username and password as above (if you don’t have one) and register them as an existing player.

  3. Once you have your Username and Password click on the appropriate link in Step 1 and begin the process. This should only take a couple of minutes.

  4. During the registration process please update your personal details.
N.B. No payment will be required during the online registration process however you will not be fully registered until full or part payment has been received and recorded.
